What this tool does

It overlays two local images so you can scrub a reveal slider between them or switch to a simple side-by-side comparison.

Why it is private

Both files are opened in browser memory only. They are never uploaded, never logged by the app, and never stored in server memory.

What it is useful for

  • Checking how much a resize, crop, conversion, or compression changed the image.
  • Comparing before and after screenshots or revisions.
  • Inspecting edits closely on mobile with side-by-side mode.
